Yoga offers a wonderful balance for the physical and mental challenges of a conference. In short sequences our certified yoga teacher will guide you through easy yoga postures that loosen the entire body and mobilize the spine. Breathing exercises that increase well-being and concentration, as well as a short mindfulness meditation, round off the 30-minute yoga session, after which you return to the conference room refreshed and awake.
